1. It is important to B+W that all eligible B+W members are able to access our services. For this reason, and to ensure the provision of a quality service, a Fair Use Policy applies to some of our services.
  2. All our Services are subject to this Fair Use Policy. We may apply this Fair Use Policy where in our reasonable opinion your use of our Services is excessive and/or unreasonable as detailed below.
  3. We have developed this Fair Use Policy by reference to average customer profiles and estimated customer use of our Services.
  4. If your use of our Services materially exceeds estimated use patterns over any month, then your use will be excessive and/or unreasonable.
  5. If your use is excessive and/or unreasonable B+W may contact you to advise you that your use is in breach of this Fair Use Policy.
  6. We may then request that you stop or alter your use to come within our Fair Use Policy.
  7. If your excessive or unreasonable use continues after receipt of a request to stop or alter the nature of such use, we may without further notice, apply charges to your account for the excessive and/or unreasonable element of your use; suspend, modify or restrict your use of our Services or withdraw your access to the Services.
  8. Unlimited calling and text is for standard person-to-person calls and texts to standard NZ numbers (or Australian numbers where specified in your plan) (excludes premium and special numbers). However, unlimited talk and TXT is not for you if you plan to do any of the following. Unlimited calling and text is not for multiple simultaneous calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine to machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other device), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity that we considers to be non standard usage.
